Today’s article The Disney Parks Blog is celebrating Beauty and the Beasts’ return to the world of physical education with a new video series that brings fans closer to the film’s main villain, Gaston.
In a new trailer, Disney Parks creative team Michael Schur and Josh Horowitz introduce a new physical education lesson to be released today titled “Catch me if you can.”
The video is titled “The Beauty and The Beast” #3 and will be available to subscribers on July 19, 2019.
“Beauty & the Beast” fans will recognize Gaston from the film as he is the main antagonist, but this new clip shows him working out in a gym setting with his trainer and friends.
“We were inspired by the new footage that shows Gaston working out with his team and we’re excited to share it with you today,” Schur told the audience at a panel during the Walt Disney Imagineering Expo at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida today.
“This clip takes you right into the heart of Gaston’s training, where you see him work out and learn what it takes to be the most powerful monster in the world.”
Catch you if you want to,” Horowitz added.
The new video was inspired by a scene from the first trailer, “The Beast in the Jungle.”
Gaston asks. “
Can I be the one to catch it?”
“If you catch me, I’ll become the greatest hero in the land.”
The clip also includes scenes from other Disney Parks adventures like “Beauty And The Beast,” “Cave of Wonders,” and “Cars Land.”
The “Catches You if You Catch Me” clip is available now for subscribers only.
