Physical education recruits students from all ages, ages and abilities.
The curriculum includes the following topics: Physical fitness, exercise, nutrition, nutrition education, and physical activity.
Students will also have the opportunity to develop their own physical fitness and physical health habits.
Physical education is the curriculum that a person needs to achieve success in school.
According to the National Physical Education Council, physical education recruits over 2.6 million students in Australia every year.
Students must be at least 17 years old and must have a grade of A or above to be enrolled in a primary school.
Physical Education recruitment and training (PET) is a term used to describe the process of getting physical education candidates into a physical education programme.
PET recruits students to the physical education industry through PET training.
PETs have an average cost of $2.20 per student per month.
The average cost per student in the tertiary physical education sector is $1,500.

Physical education candidates can also apply to the Victorian Physical Education Training Agency to be eligible for a PET.
In 2018, there were over 3,000 applicants for the Victorian PETA’s PET program.
Physical science is a broad field in physical education and involves all subjects including physical fitness, nutrition and physical education.
It is one of the key subjects in physical science and a highly sought after skill.
Physical Science candidates can learn to play the violin, play the piano, or any other musical instrument, as well as learn about physical exercise, sports, sports nutrition and sports physical activity and fitness.
Physical Fitness candidates have also been recruited into physical education programs in other states and territories.
A recent study by the University of New South Wales found that physical fitness candidates were more likely to achieve their fitness goals compared to non-fitness candidates.
The study also found that the physical fitness training candidates who were not physically active, did not get fit or fit but had a strong desire to get fit, were significantly more successful at completing their physical education requirements.
There are currently around 1,800 physical education teachers in Victoria.
Physical Health candidates can earn up to $8,000 per year as a teacher.
The Victorian government recently introduced a $2,000 bonus for the first two years of teaching a Physical Health candidate.
There is a separate program for candidates who do not have a diploma or have been trained in a different subject, but do not hold a current or valid teaching certificate.
To apply to be a physical health candidate in Victoria, a candidate must have at least a 4.5-grade average.
The Physical Health curriculum will include a range of physical activities including gymnastics, swimming, swimming and running, and will also cover the development of physical health skills such as managing fatigue, and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
A physical health trainer will work with the candidate to develop physical fitness skills and personal and emotional wellbeing.
Physical training candidates can train for a number of sports including football, baseball, soccer, rugby, rowing, skiing and table tennis.
Physical activity candidates can complete physical fitness activities and physical fitness courses.
A candidate will be considered to have met all of the fitness requirements if they can achieve a 4-grade overall average in the physical activity requirements.
The PET pathway is an optional program, but can be very beneficial to students, who are often overlooked by the schools in their physical fitness classes.
The Victoria State School Board offers a Physical Fitness and Physical Health program for primary school children.
A program for children aged 10 years and over will start in September 2019.
Physical exercise training candidates are also eligible to take the Victorian National Physical Fitness Test.
The tests are given at the beginning of each year and can be taken at any time.
There have been concerns that many candidates do not receive the PET and may not receive a diploma.
The State School Boards’ Department of Education, which runs the National PET test, recently published a report that found that a significant number of physical fitness graduates do not pass the test.
The report said: “We have seen an increase in the number of PET candidates not passing the National Fitness Test, in some cases by as much as 30 per cent, but the actual number of failed candidates is much lower.”
The report found that only 17 per cent of candidates who passed the test in the year to June 2017 passed the tests again.
In the year ending June 2018, only 6.4 per cent completed the tests.
According, the results of the 2016 and 2017 national PET tests were published in 2018.
The National Physical Exercise Test was launched in February 2017 and is a national physical fitness test administered by the Department of Health, the Victoria State Department of Physical Fitness, and the Victoria Government.
