Fitness equipment has become a luxury item in many households and is now available online for cheap.
It is also available at retailers such as Sports Direct and the National Basketball and Tennis Association.

As of the end of last year, more than 1,000 online fitness companies offered fitness equipment, including free online classes, free gym memberships, free training sessions and online membership, according to the NBR’s latest annual report.
However, the online fitness industry is not as profitable as the physical activity industry, according the report.
There is a lack of demand for the products, according Mr Henson, who added that he did not believe there was a need for a compulsory national fitness regime in the UK.
He said: ‘It is very important that there is a physical activity regime, and I do not think that is happening.’
He added that a physical fitness regime would help to boost the numbers of people getting active in the first place.
Mr Henson added that the new online fitness model was not as popular as physical activity and added: ‘This is really a small market.’
There are a lot of physical activity companies that do not sell fitness equipment and I believe that is a small percentage of the total fitness market.’
